The Socializing Seniors Virtually Program has begun at St. Luke’s Anglican Church and Community Centre. Our Seniors Food Delivery program is already underway each Thursday. Next, our Socializing Seniors Virtually Group Program will start on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 11:00 am. This program will feature weekly group and individual socials, as well as workshops hosted by Gabriella Mostacci Tolic, RP, MACP. Seniors across Oakville and Halton are welcome to register and attend.
The Socializing Seniors Food Delivery Service is designed for seniors who are unable to leave their homes during the pandemic. Volunteers deliver grocery packages to participants each Thursday between 4-6 pm, starting January 21 and ending after March 25. To sign up to receive deliveries, please contact Monique at office@stlukepalermo.ca.
