Please make cheques payable to St. Luke’s Anglican Church Palermo. Order forms can be emailed to Dean Correia; completed online using the form below; or mailed to St. Luke’s Anglican Church – “Attention Dean Correia”.

E-transfers for payment are preferred. E-transfers will be auto deposited and can be sent to treasurer@stlukepalermo.ca. If you are mailing an order form and cheque, both must be received on or before Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Gift cards should be available the week of December 8 for pick up at St. Luke’s. We will contact you to confirm.
