Garfield Adams heard the calling of God around 12 years ago and started his journey of pursuing the priesthood to serve the Lord. Before he moved to Canada, he was an engineer, a project manager, and an entrepreneur. He attended Trinity College at the University of Toronto in 2014 and graduated with a Master’s degree in Theological Studies and a Diploma of Ministry in 2017. Today, Garfield serves as assistant Curate at St Simon’s in Oakville, and as the Anglican Chinese Missioner in the Oakville area and beyond.

Janet Correia
Music Director

Janet Correia has been the Music Director of St. Luke’s for over 15 years and leads the adult choir that performs each Sunday morning. Janet is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a B.Mus and B.Ed, earned both ARCT Diplomas through the RCM, and holds an Artist-Teacher Diploma from the Glenn Gould Professional School in Toronto. She teaches private piano lessons in Oakville and is a collaborative accompanist with the Oakville Choir for Children and Youth.
