A Mothering Sunday Blessing for all the Wonderful Women of St. Luke’s:

Loving God, as a mother gives life and nourishment to her children, so you watch over your Church. Bless all the women of St. Luke’s and all the women who go out of their way to love and care for others, whether they be their own children, their friends, or their family. Continue to give them strength, continue to guide them and love them. Let the example of their faith and love shine upon all of us and inspire us.  Grant that we, their sons, their daughters, their friends and their family may honour them always with a spirit of profound respect, love and gratitude.

Grant this through your son,  Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.
