We are both! St. Luke’s is an Anglican church that has been offering worship services since 1845, and we operate a community centre that is open throughout the week, offering 10,000 square feet of event space for events, classes, programming, social gatherings and more. People of all ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, faiths, cultures, genders and sexual orientations will find that they belong at St. Luke’s.
We hold services in English and Mandarin:
English Services:
Sunday Morning Eucharist Service: 10 am in the Church Sanctuary
Wednesday Morning Prayer and Bible Study: 9:30 am in the Church Sanctuary
Wednesday Morning Prayer and Bible Study runs from September through June.
Mandarin Services:
Sunday Morning Worship Service: 10 am in the Community Hall
Friday Morning Morning Prayer and Bible Study: 10 am in the Church Sanctuary
Yes, our English and Mandarin Sunday services are live-streamed via Zoom. Our Wednesday Morning Prayer services are also online. Please email us at office@stlukepalermo.ca for the Zoom link! Friday Morning Bible Studies are held in person only.
No, our facilities are open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds.
If you are attending a church service, feel free to participate at any level you wish. Each of us is on a faith journey and we would be glad to encourage and support you on yours.
St. Luke’s Community Centre hosts many different programs for people of many ages, abilities, cultures and interests. Our programming includes daycare for preschool to kindergarten, music lessons, language classes, a chess club, Mind Forward brian injury services, Oakville Public Library express services, food assistance programs, parent and baby activities, programming for seniors, and much more.

We are located at 3114 Dundas Street West, west of the intersection of Dundas St. W and Bronte Rd. Our parking lot can be accessed from Valleyridge road.
We do not have a collection plate. Instead, we have a plate by the door for anyone who would like to make a donation. We also accept credit, debit, and e-transfers to treasurer@stlukepalermo.ca
