Our History

St. Luke’s Anglican Church has served the North West Oakville community of Palermo since 1845. We are members of the Diocese of Niagara and the Anglican Church of Canada. We are Christian Disciples, Transforming Lives and Building Community.

In November 2016, St. Luke’s furthered its outreach by opening St. Luke’s Community Centre, a hub that offers space to individuals and organizations from across Oakville and Halton Region. Since then, we have welcomed dozens of community organizations and thousands of people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, faiths, income levels, genders and sexual orientations to bring programs that benefit our community.
